Daddy's Deployed CEO and Marine Wife Bridget Platt Found Opportunity in her Husband's Deployments

81: When she is not running the show at Daddy’s Deployed, LLC, Bridget is busy being “Mommy,” while supporting her Marine. Since launching the business in 2012, Bridget’s life has been full throttle. She was honored as a military spouse CEO in 2013, shortly before being awarded an Amber Grant for beginning women business owners. In 2014, Bridget was recognized as an entrepreneur by Inc. Magazine and was selected a Marine Corps Military Spouse of the Year semi-finalist. She holds a Master’s of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor’s in Secondary English Education from Purdue University. Bridget is also a member of the Board of Directors for the nonprofit organization The General’s Kids. She enjoys cooking and baking, and watching Disney princess movies with her gal. To de-stress, she runs and does yoga (if she can spare a minute or two!).
