This week Joe welcomes back to the show Jarrod H. Smith, who is currently serving as a Naval Officer while preparing for his transition to civilian life. With his Liberty Accelerator Program, Jarrod is offering service members and their families a path to ensure the entire family returns to society fully mission capable after military service. His program focuses on individuals and their goals; a shift away from the military way of treating everyone the same. Jarrod discusses how transition preparation needs to shift away from reactionary and how his program can help. It is never to0 early to start planning for what’s next. 

About Our Guest 

Jarrod is a husband of 15 years and father to four kids. He founded the Liberty Accelerator Program TAPS~ly as the solution to this thing the military family refers to as “military transition.” By turning military family readiness on its head, Jarrod has found the solution to ensuring every military family can embrace Liberty and live their lives fully alive after that last day on Active Duty.
