Following his transition to civilian life, Ahmad worked in HR with the Army Corps of Engineers. It was in this role that he realized that he was a problem solver for engineers and was able to assist with common skill gaps found in the engineering community. He shares with Joe how he shifted to entrepreneurship, found his focus, and harnessed his soft skills to become a career coach.
