Dr. Marty High is a patent attorney and engineer.  He earned B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering at Penn State and his J.D. at the University of Tulsa. He is a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has practiced as a registered patent agent and a patent attorney since 2001 He has taught chemical engineering at Oklahoma State University since 1991, and has over 35 years of engineering experience. He has published technical papers in a variety of engineering areas including thermodynamics, polymer science, corrosion, and catalysis.  His legal practice primarily involves helping individuals, start-ups, and small businesses protect their intellectual property rights while starting and expanding their businesses.
