Army veteran Ron Fugle is the host of Fire and Adjust an internet radio show (Podcast) and website designed to highlight our military and veteran professionals to help motivate and inspire people to take action with their lives and dreams.

Ron interviews military and veteran entrepreneurs, actors and actresses, comedians, athletes, artists and many other inspiring people that have gone on and done amazing things.

The Website for Fire and Adjust hosts the show but also become a central resource for the military and veteran community. Ron feels that there are a ton of resources for us out there but everything is scatted all over the internet. This will continue to improve as the show and our audience grows and he hopes that Fire and Adjust will become a go to place for them to find easy access to these resources.

I was honorable discharged from the United States Army for medical reasons just months prior to 9-11. As a tank member crewmen that was stationed at Fort Hood Texas I knew my entire unit was going to be deployed and it was difficult knowing I could not be there with them.

About Ron:

I have been an entrepreneur since I was born, it is in my family genes I believe. I was that kid selling candy out of his backpack at school and always looking for creative ways to make money. I also strongly encourage that entrepreneur spirit within our children today, I believe that the kids on the side of the road selling Lemonade could be tomorrows thought leaders and budding entrepreneurs. I always try and stop, even if its just to give them a few dollars and say great job keep up the work. I hope that someday they will look back at that lemonade stand and say that’s when it all started.

After transitioning out of the military, I spent 13+ years of my life working in a career that although paid exceptionally well, it was not an enjoyable experience and left me constantly looking for something bigger.

This combined with several life changing events and watching many people work their entire lives trying to build a great retirement just to pass before they got to enjoy the things they worked so hard for is why Fire and Adjust was born.

We only have one go around at this journey we call life, I don’t want you to look back at the last 13 years of your life and say what was I thinking, I don’t want anyone to have to work their entire lives and never get to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
