The Call of Duty Endowment (www.callofdutyendowment.org) is celebrating reaching 50,000 high quality employment placements for veterans in the U.S. and U.K. – a milestone reached one year ahead of schedule.

Now Dan has the opportunity to help through the endowment and sharing with employers the value that veterans bring to the workforce.

“We are focused on finding and funding the highest performing nonprofits in the country that do veteran employment counseling.” – Dan Goldenberg

Recognizing Veteran’s Skills

Working with recruiters to help employers recognize skills that veterans bring to the workforce is essential.  For instance, some employers are not risk takers and our job is to arm our recruiters to work with employers to see the value of veterans.

“You guys are order takers, you’re not creative, you’re a cultural class-fear of PTSD; overcoming these types of things is really important.” – Dan Goldenberg
