This week Joe is joined by Navy Veteran Anthony Cosby, Director of Employer Outreach at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. Anthony works with employers looking to hire Veterans by educating them about military culture and empowering Veterans with feedback from the civilian sector. He shares his tips for Veterans looking for employment; including the importance of networking and the availability of resources. Anthony is also an Entrepreneur and shared the story behind his company, Stzy Socks.

Anthony Cosby is the Director for Employer Outreach at the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. He provides management, operational, recruitment expertise, and creative effort to engage employer support to provide workforce placement and employment opportunities for transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses. Anthony is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, having retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
