Pat has over thirty years of experience in the HR community. He shares how transitioning service members and Veterans can best prepare for entering the civilian job market and the importance of company culture. Pat holds a B.S. in Environmental and Business Economics and a M.S. in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, both from Rutgers University.He lives in Media, PA, with his wife Megan and has four children.
