Chuck served in the Army Signal Corps and transitioned to a position in the telecom industry at the end of his contract. Chuck started his job while on terminal leave and worked his way up in the telecom industry from technician to company leadership. He shares with Joe the various challenges he faced over his 17 years leading Interact One and the shifts he made to serve his customers in the always-changing business world.

After the army he eventually worked his way up the corporate ladder to Vice President at various Telecom companies, and then decided to take his experience and start his own company.
