This week Joe is joined by Army Veteran Sarah Apgar, the founder and CEO of FitFighter. Sarah served in the Army as an Engineer and is an Iraq War Veteran. Following her service, Sarah attended graduate school and became interested in working at start ups and innovative companies. Missing the mission driven lifestyle of the military, Sarah joined her local Fire Department. From her experience in training as a firefighter came FitFighter, transforming weight lifting and strength training using weighted steel hoses. Sarah shares with Joe her experience from being featured on Shark Tank and the challenges of selling a new, innovative product.
