About-Face Development with Pat DAmico

Pat DAmico; Veteran On the Move

This episode of Veteran On the Move spotlights Army Veteran and entrepreneur Pat DAmico, founder and CEO of About-Face Development.

Pat’s journey began with enlisting in the Army after high school, later receiving a commission through the early commissioning program. He served as a military police officer, deploying to Panama, the Gulf War, and Cuba. Following his military service, Pat transitioned directly into the corporate world, securing a position at Johnson & Johnson. He then spent a significant portion of his career in the medical device sector.

At a pivotal moment, faced with the choice of further corporate advancement or charting his own path, Pat embraced entrepreneurship. He founded About-Face Development, where he now serves as an independent consultant. His expertise lies in identifying management and leadership gaps within his clients’ organizations. Pat leverages his 25 years of industry experience and the leadership skills honed during his military service to design and deliver impactful content for his clients.
